My passenger side inner fender is rusting out. How much of a pain is it to replace?

I called the local classic Chevy place (Evergreen Muscle Car) and they said they don't carry inner fenders because you have to re-drill all the holes and they never fit right.

I'm looking to find a decent one at a wrecking yard to replace mine.

Thought so. Looked easy enough. Looks like there's a place about 30-40 miles away that carries sheet metal so I won't have to pay for freight shipping.
