how to get rid of "shaved doors"

hey guys. I just recently bought doors for my 83 K10. I didn't even realise that the passenger side didn't have the hole for a door handle or lock! I was flabbergasted by this. how do I go about fixing it?! thanks in advanced!

Easiest is buying a "new" doors

damn..there's no way to convert it back to normal?I have an extra door. I just do not want to swap all in inner components

Most of the time when those doors are shaved the holes are welded up. So it is possible to cut new holes but to do this correctly you'll be taking most of the components out of the door anyway and it's not an easy job. So it'd just be easier and faster to swap doors and then sell that shaved door. I'm sure there is someone out there wanting to shave their doors and buying one done would save them time.
