How much paint?

I'm painting my entire truck blue using a 2 stage urethane. 1 or 2 gallons needed for 2 coats?

I'm painting the interior but not the floor. I'm bed lining the truck so I don't need to paint the bed or rails. Firewall and underbody is getting rubberized.

I asked for paint pricing in a local shop and the guy told me I would need 1-1/2 gallon

googling the question shows around 1 gallon for a full sized truck. I know im saving by not doing the inside of the bed, but I am doing the interior of the cab. I'm painting in to stages, cab forward then the bed later. I know its better to get all your paint same batch, and I know painting on different days can effect shade slightly. But I'd imagine that the 2 inch gap between the cab and the bed would be enough not notice any difference.

I agree.... What paint are you going to use? I'm looking at single stage...

2 stage. A urethane base and a urethane top
