They never hold at 55. Especially when they heat up. At a minimum that should have the deflector on it though. You will have that valve only if the engine was equipped with AFM/DOD or VVT. The L9H I got to replace my LC9 was a non-DOD 6.2 with VVT and it had the valve without deflector(came out of a 2009 Denali). My LC9 had DOD and VVT and had the valve with deflector installed(2011 Suburban).
