Probably a stupid question.....I have my transfer case stripped down. Had the front yoke stripped and powder coated. Guy did a great job - used plugs to spare the threaded holes or splines from paint. Only thing is, he forgot to mask off the machined face, which was covered in rust anyways. I can get it off no problem - think it matters?

Does the driveshaft flange mate up nice? Some of the ones I've assembled over the years didn't have enough room to accommodate a coat off krylon let alone Powdercoat.

If it fits nice run it...

I agree, if it fits then it ships. I'll bet that it doesn't fit up very well though with the powder coat on there.

Gosh I just washed mine with gasoline and wire brush, blew dry and stuck it back on.
