@bucket @HotRodPC

There are plenty others that know this but I cannot think of them off the top of my head.

Should be 88-98 all the sheet metal should interchange.

I had a 90 C1500 for a bit that had a rotten/wrecked hood and core support that's the range that I remember when looking for parts.

Disregard above mine was a pickup you have a suburban which is 81-91 they kept the older body style on those and the blazer I believe.

It looks like most of the front clip components from the 1981-1987 trucks are also the same looking at some of the part numbers on LMC. I don't see any difference in the 1987 truck fenders/hood to the 88-91 crew cab truck components which should be the same on the Suburban as well. Core supports might be a little different - they list a 1989-1991 core support separately.

If you want to stick with the same style grille, you will need the '89-'91 grille and core support. Hoods are the same back to '81. Some have a hole for a hood ornament. Fenders are also the same back to '81, but the passenger side gained antenna mount holes starting in '88.

81 and up will bolt on. Now for the core support, if you want to stick with the mini quad grill like the 89-91 you'll need the core support and grill from an 89 up but fenders and hood, 81 up will work.

DOH, I just seen the tagged post and responded. So yeah, what bucket said. I guess I'll put my cookie back in the cookie jar since he answered first. Long before I did.
