I have a 1980 Blazer and was wondering if I can put a truck cab and bed on the frame?

The floors are very rusted out and was wondering if it would be easier just to swap a cab onto the frame.

Yes, it can be done... but it won't be easier. Being yours has the newer frame style, I think it takes some fabbing to get the rear of the cab mounted to the frame. Then you also have to modify (shorten) a shortbed to put on it, or build a flat bed.

Ok, didnt think the frames were the same as a truck. Maybe close but not exact.

My brother in law is making the big floorpan parts and i'll have to fab the smaller stuff myself. I don't have the money to go buy pretty much the entire floor of my blazer so its getting made from scratch. Although I'm thinking it would be a good idea to buy the tailgate support beam.
