Under the truck yesterday and noticed that the drivers side frame rail is bent down towards the ground and the passenger side is not.

The bend is very smooth with no kinks. Is this factory? It is in the middle of the fuel tank. It is right where the previous owner bolted in the anti drag exhaust on the road bar.

I dont think that is a factory bend, but I dont have a 2WD to look at to compare it with.

It's factory, and it's for the catalytic converter.
