I’ve bought a lot and only sold about 15 things. It kinda sucks cause their fee’s and paying to promote your item etc really makes it not worth it at times depending on what your selling

I bought and sold on ebay all the time in the early 00's. It was a good portion of my income. But ebay got too big for it's britches and sometime around '09 I gave up on it. After a few years, the bastards deleted my account. I got another account a few years ago and buy stuff for work every once in a blue moon.

The ebay seller fees are absurd now. I joined in 2004, back then I sold a couple cars on there and the fees were very low. Now it seems like they're like 30%.

I’ve bought a lot and only sold about 15 things. It kinda sucks cause their fee’s and paying to promote your item etc really makes it not worth it at times depending on what your selling

...then you up the selling or shipping cost to make it right financially for you while hurting the buyer.

Actually I lost money on shipping these hot wheels today. eBay charged em $9 usps charged me 17 bucks lol

Now if I owned a printer. And chose to use their ups/usps labels. It’s not bad. But eBay gets a kick back from the usps for that option. I might have to buy a printer just for labels lol

Yep, not worth it at all and why I don't sell there anymore. And all the stupid rules, like they hold your money now and gotta wait for the customer to say they're happy and READ YOUR LISTING properly or they give the money back if you want your merch back, you have to pay the shipping to get it back. FleaBay. I might buy good deals sometimes, but I try to avoid them like I do Walmart. But not at the cost of paying to much somewhere else, I just buy little as possible and support them little as possible.

I agree but recently it’s been effective considering the classifieds here are slow moving lol
