Found my vibration/shuddering issue

Loose bolts from flex plate to torque converter. Someone didn’t torque down the bolts? I’d love to have a discussion with the former owner, might have to message him on FB, the original owner has passed on.

I would not worry about contacting a previous owner. What I would do, is replace all the torque converter bolts with the correct new bolts. Install with blue Loctite and torque to spec.
