Engine woes

Well I blew out the line running to the tbi, changed the inline filter even though it looked good, checked the fuel pressure, all was good. Got in, turned the key and she fired up after a few turns. Thanks for all the ideas guys, she's running and that's all that counts.

Glad you got it running - with thing like this I always like to figure out what actually went wrong so the next time I know where to start looking.

If your pump sock is getting clogged by debris in the tank,it will probably happen again. So be prepared. Depending on how big a deal the piece if mind is to you,you may want to drop and clean out the tank.

Fuel tank under vacuum, starving the fuel system? Test: Drive with fuel cap loose or removed.
