No, I got that feeling from his first 484 posts. Figured nobody is that dumb but I'd give him/her/it the benefit of the doubt. I suppose I should just "ignore" him/her/it before I get really annoyed. Didn't we have someone on here in the recent past that was just here to make stupid comments for attention and get people riled up? Wasn't that long ago, I wish I could remember their username.
JDmiller? The raccoon.

WTF kind of hillbilly sh*t is that?? There is no shortage of stupid people on this planet, that's for damn sure!
Out in the Midwest at least, stacked frames were kind of ‘common’ at one point. Not really on drivers, but county fair type ‘exhibition’ rigs.

Not really finding a lot of pictures, but they are out there, or were.

This video talks about some of the drawbacks of a body lift that would be worth considering before adding one. Its one of the videos that steered me away from installing one myself. He does show some ways to hide the body lift though. Before installing a body lift, I recommend watching at least the first 2 minutes of the video.

Yeah, I remember seeing some budget rigs with stacked frames. And also folks that made their own "lift blocks" by torch cutting a bunch of leaf springs and stacking them all up. I specifically remember a Suburban with lift springs and also about 6 inches of leaf sections, on all four corners. And of course the common combo of lift steering arm, drop pitman arm and "drop" drag link.

There used to be some real sketchy sh!t on the road in my area.

I got my suburban with homemade lift blocks just like that on all four corners. They at least had the center pins and welded them all together

I don't mean to drag on the double/stacked frame thing, but I found a couple more pictures of them:

I did a 3" suspension lift in the rear and 2" suspension lift in the front. I thought it looked pretty good. A body lift, though? Much more work, and looks funky.

Problem with Oreos is when you hit a bump the cream squirts out. Sharing for a friend. :rotflmao:
