Has a split opening hood.

That for sure, 100% positive, that is NOT a 73-87 SB door. Looks more like a 67-72 door to me.

What 67-72 trucks though? c10,20,30, etc?

Those doors should interchange with all the pickups 67-72. As long as they have the same cab the doors will bolt on.

The heavy trucks have a way different cab. but appear similar to the 1/2 ton to 1 ton trucks.

It has it's own door, very similar to 1967-72, but still different.

They used that style all the way up to the '90, I think.

The cabs are way different around the firewall. I never actually checked what year this thing was.

Wow. You must be blind!

Squared Body Kodiaks and Top Kicks (or whatever they are called) share the same doors as the light duty trucks of the same year. The primary difference between the vehicles is in the front clip, although the firewalls may have some differences.

The same goes for the OBS style medium duty trucks. The dashes might be different, but, the cabs are the same.

However, a totally different cab is used on the NBS style Topkicks (think Ironhide). Those are actually Minivan bodies. Notice the rake of the windshield.

Getting back to the SB door question, there are three different doors, but they are all the same size. '77-up got the revised inner shell to accommodate the power window option as well as the new larger door trim panel. Then there are the '73-'75 K5 doors that are missing the window frame area (they had full removable top). '76 K5's got the new half-top, so they use the same door as '73-'76 pickups and Burbs.
