Probably too late, but I went with the Go Rhino steps. They are only 12 inches wide, mounted up easy and quick. Less to catch on when wheelin' and "Whats her name likes them and has no problem getting in and out.

Hey there. You mentioned you put on the Go Rhino steps. I'm looking to put them on my 1991 V2500 Burb, but I can't find any models that say they'll fit anything 1973-1987 (1991). Which ones did you get?

Sorry about taking so long to get back to you. Forgot I even posted in here. The go rhino steps I bought are their "UniversalStep" {part # 120B, 120C or 120PS}. I bought them through 4 wheel parts but you can go straight to GoRhino.com I hope this helps even though it took so long to answer.
