From what your bump stop looks like,it will definitely hit.Sonething looks odd in the picture. Not sure what it is.Maybe it’s the really thick spring pack....

You mean heim joints? They take up a lot less room, but will rust solid with the winter de-icer chemicals up here.

The tie rod ends I got were from ORD, and can operate at a much greater angle than the regular 1 ton Chevy tie rod end.

And supposedly they get rid of the plastic in them, so they are stronger and tighter inside of them.

I installed that "high clearance pitman arm" from ORD today. They were right- some grinding was needed to make it fit. Not too happy doing that- but it works.

I honestly don't understand why it looks like you're running a 3/4 rear pack in the front? That does seem REALLY thick lol

Is this a 1 ton 4x4?

They are the custom springs ordered from Offroad Design. They give the specs to Alcan spring and then Alcan makes them. The Deaver spring packs look the same. The thought/theory is a lot of small thin springs will flex more easily that just a few big thick ones. And each spring is just a little longer than the one below it. So it "kinda" is like a progressive rate coil spring. These springs are good for 14" of articulation. I still haven't found a place to try and get a tire off the ground. All I know is they ride great. No more slamming my head off the cab roof like what used to happen with my Tuff Country springs.

Amen to that, I've enjoyed the springs in the front of my. S10, while they're stock k10 fronts, with the 4.3 and the simple weight of the truck, they flex good.
I hate the ride of stiff springs offroad lol
