So i am picking up some Toyo Open terrains 40X15.5. I have to pick up some wheels for these tires, and i had a friend tell me that i might have to do some special kind of wheel for the solid axles. The tires are going to take 20" wheels. Any advice will help. I looked and saw something that was called "hub centric" i don't believe my 86 k10 has them, however i don't want to spend 4 grand on tires and wheels and find out they don't fit.

Being a 1/2 ton, it shares the same bolt pattern that Chevy still uses, but they have a smaller center opening that most 20 inch wheels are probably designed for. You need to find wheels with a center opening that's large enough to clear your front hubs.
