So I locked the keys in my truck today, I got them out with no window breaking. But after waiting AAA then trying for an hour it came out to be a 2 hour ordeal. This is the second time I've done this the first time it took about 5 hours total to get in. So if I did this again and I'm in the situation to not wait do open my truck what window is the best break. I figure a window company will always have rear glass then have to pay for install. Any door window I can junk yard and do my self.

Get a spare key made and put it in your wallet. Much cheaper than buying a window.

If truck has electric windows run the wire to under the truck, then can have another jumper wire hang on the frame. Not easy to spot, but can be used to jump to power wire to lower the window

Hide-a-key boxes are cheap and can be hidden under the truck somewhere. Or as Don5 said, put a spare key in your wallet. Or zip tie or wire tie a key under the truck.

No need to break a window. Just use a screwdriver (or a pocketknife) to get behind the rear window seal and pop the entire window out (takes like 2 minutes). Then when you get home you can snap it back into place.
