C10 with Holley terminator x help!?!?

I restored a c10 and ls swapped it, I have the terminator x max. Do I still need another wiring harness for the lights, starter and other things?

The term is Resto-mod.

The main harnesses Ie. engine, dash, front and rear light harnesses remain the EFI setup is just added into the stock wiring.

Yes. The Terminator only handles fuel/spark/fans/fuel pump (and alternator if you have PWM style) everything else is on the truck wiring. FYI
