Damn nice, and hell yes it's overpriced. It's not even 4x4. If it was 4x4 $6K would be a sale. Then again, value of anything is what someone is willing to pay for it. Fact is, you never get your money back out of a Square. NOT YET !!! Build it now, hold it for another 20 years in good shape, and then maybe even make a profit.
