i not scared to drive to st louis for a deal, Hell thats where I bought the wifes 96 Blazer after she wrecked the 98. Well actually it was Ofallon Illinoise, Long drive but for 425 bucks kinda hard to pass up.

Yeah, I'm all about driving to get a deal. We drove down to OK (Hermann I think ) a few years back to get the wife a 99 Denali then last summer drove over to Topeka, Ks for her Burb. But since I'm not actually looking right now I don't take the time to browse the ST L CL ads

When I was in Montana for work last year I decided I wanted a camper shell for my pickup so I checked every Craigslist from Billings, MT to Dallas, Tx for weeks and when I left Montana I stopped in OKC and picked up one that matched my truck for 100 bucks, lol

definetly not scared to drive for a deal, my wife always laughs because if we go home to Kansas to see her parents before we leave I check craigslist all the way up there to see if there's some "good deal" i just have to get

We rented some taurus for the Drive out, HOLD **** I ran the dog **** out of that car through the Mountains in pennsylvania, I dont remember what the Speedometer pegged at but there was quite a few times it was burried going down the hills, and redlined coming back up them

Those kinds of trips are fun! I bought my truck from my brother's neighbor in Indiana and drove it back with my dad following along. As rough as that little 305 was I'm actually surprised it made it

The trip back was pretty cool 2 in a 94 RED Z28 with a 6 speed and NO tags. Come to think of it that was really pretty stuiped, But damn that car was fast

Who hasn't. I've got some stories I'll never tell until my son is about mid 20's. I am suprised I'm alive and I don't dare tell him the **** I did, or he might get some ideas and not make it to mid 20's. I think 80's quote has now changed to "young, dumb and full of ***" Its the smarter, more latented generation now where everything must ryhme like a rap song.
