It's a start. Everything can be swapped out. My best friend drove a 89 firebird with all 85 lights a trim because he liked the old style better. We swapped everything out in an afternoon. What you will never be able to find is the PMD seats that they had. Uber rare.

That was kinda my point that I really didn't make. They wanted to build a replica, but they started with the wrong year car and didn't bother to swap out any of the parts to make it look like the correct year.

I'd have to wonder why he's not showing the frame splice. Use Caution and pay very close attention to how that was done if you're that interested in it.
