Not so sure it's worth $600, but certainly a hard one to find. For that kind of money you can get a newer later model unit with rear disks and 6 lug, then have the axles redrilled or adapted for 5 lugs.

Yep, and they only come in the 454SS GMT trucks with rear drums. And as you see, when you do find them, they're pricey. IMO, may as well just convert to 6 lug and get one out of a GMT800 truck with rear disk brakes. Seems you'd get alot more bang for the buck that way.
