It was done by a conversion company, on Ferds, Chevies, and probably Dodges too. They had a goofy transfer case with a front shaft on both sides and each front wheel had it's own differential. They sat lower to the ground compared to the normal straight axle conversions like Pathfinder. I wish I could remember the company's name.

There's a lifted mid or late 90s Ford Van about 3 miles from me. Honestly doesn't look all that bad, but I'll assure you, it does look tip happy, and in OK wind, I'd be afraid to drive it over 60 on a windy day if there was cross wind.
