You'll notice it has 5 lug wheels...I just don't get the point of lifting a 2wd...

I was about to put a 3 inch lift on a 2 wheel drive Dakota I had some years ago trying to give it a pre runner look, I can get into that but going for maximum lift on a 2 wheel drive truck looks like ****. If you could see a photo of that truck from the front it would look as ridiculous as my buddy's car with the 26 inch wheels.

I got schooled on the topic thanks to www.pavementsucks.com in 2004. There was a group of guys that were dedicated to taking 2 wheel drives 4 wheeling. They claimed the huge lift improved clearance over obstacles better than a truck with a front differential. My argument was that if the front clears a rock its going to hit the drive line or rear differential so there was absolutely no point.

Lifting the truck can let you run taller tires but cranking torsion bars that high up will not let the front tires flex, the truck will make you piss blood while driving it and because the geometry of the front suspension is so out of whack it will never be aligned and will eat tires.

The point of lifting a 2wd pickup is imitating a 4wd in the looks department and falling short.

I didn't even know Chevy made a 250 in 1988?? Looks like he changed the front clip but it's still a standard cab $5,000 truck at best.

This truck is an amazing deal at only $20,000......!!!!

Seriously?!? What is custom about it?

And the ******* doesn't even know its a GMC according to the grill. He does mention Chevy several times does he not??? And that price.... Crack must be pretty easy to get in Orleans cuz he's sure had some. I don't think he's only been smokin crack, I think he's been shooting it.:crazy::crazy:
