You could make a mount for it above the wheel well in the bed tight against the inner bed side. That way it won't effect cargo area. That what I thought of mounting mine. Or behind the seat on the flat part of the floor there is a bit more room down there. Inside will keep it from being seen and stolen.Has anyone done a hidden mount for a bumper jack, like a hi-lift? My factory jack isn't tall enough and I'd like a clean mount for a hi-lift.
That's where I was trying to describe in my incoherent ramblings.I had mine mounted in the bed, pretty good spot if your truck is lifted or has a tonneau so no one can see it. I had a single bit axe mounted over the other fenderwell for a while too.

Put a swing out off your bumper like a Jeep. Then you don't have to lay on your back and have that heavy bastard fall on you and won't require double work.I just measured my mount. It looks like 32" diameter is max. I know I'm limited to 31" due to the width of my drop hitch. I'm going to run a stock spare LT235/85R16 so I don't have any issues. If I get a flat on the rear axle, I'll just have to swap a front tire to the rear.
You could make that at about 1/4 of that rediculous price and that figuring high on materials.Just found this

They only list back to 89. Anybody know how close the mounts are?
You think holy **** it some pipe and what 3/16 plate. I'll start making them and sell for 1/2 their price and still feel guilty. LolSomebody is smokin some bad **** with those prices..
