I need a spot to mount my 37" spare tire, preferably outside the vehicle.

Any ideas?

Has anyone seen this before (tire mounted under front bumper):

Not my cup of tea but that's just an opinion. You'd have to make sure the steering doesn't contact it.

How about on the back with a swing arm?

Swing Arm but connected to bumper. The rear sheet metal mount way would be a bad idea.
