Very slow progress....largely its just how I do but also its hot, summer yards duties, it's too freaking hot, and everybody else's problems precede my own. Whiney complaint over.

Got the IM painted/cleared, pulley's p/c also, engine mount brackets done also. Have a list of items on Rock auto in the cart. I'm going all new clutch parts(going to use LUK) even getting a new slave and hydraulic cylinder. The clutch before never really felt right and I'm just going new parts and see what happens. Have the water pump cleaned up and going to put some paint on it also this week. Once I get the new parts(also all new IM bolts), I can put the intake manifold on and other small parts that need thread sealant etc.

Right on @tadslc .... the teeth look to be in great shape and the surface I think shouldn't take much true up. From the few clutch disk I've seen this one has right much life left in it but I'm going new and hope it will be a long time before it ever needs replacing.

Ordered some intake manifold bolts and would like to know If I should be concerned that the new ARP bolts are shorter than the originals. New ones are smaller heads and IMO would need to have the washers which shortens them that much more vs originals.
Is this normal or should I just go buy grade bolts from the hardware store that match better?

Rule of thumb in the machinist world, would diaXdepth. EX: 5/16 bolt with 5/16 thread engagement, MIN!!!In Aluminum like 6061 add half again as much IE: 1.5 times the dia.
