Thank you Qbuff02, great info. Since you brought up the bulkhead connector. I wont say what happened. Its embarrassing, that might be my issue.

Sounds like some sort of short to ground, accidental reversed polarity or similar circumstance.

Telling what happened at the bulkhead may be insightful for a solution to your issue. Don’t withhold evidence, lol

Thank you Frankenchevy, I am hoping that's it. But I had an accident with at the bulkhead. So that might be it. I will check everything this weekend.

Frankenchevy, I apologize for not answering the last part. Didnt see it, anyway I just finished doing oil change and replacing oil pan gasket. I was filling with oil and using a tall funnel. I didnt notice the funnel filled with oil and funnel slipped from my hand. And you guessed it, it spilled all over brake booster and firewall.

Now I said it, it is funny. Crap like that always happens to me.

I believe so. I bought the truck knowing I had issues with headlights and radio would intermittently work. I figured easy fix. I replaced battery and headlights did better and radio worked. I was thinking I found a bad ground.

I didnt think of looking at brakes lights until I installed new lenses. And I spilled the oil before I did lenses. So back to..... I believe so.

Could be all on one circuit, and grounded independently have you checked your headlight switch?

I have not. But planning on taking my time trying to find it this weekend.

Toward the upper left, what is that 'crusty' looking wire? Is that burnt?

Thank you for replying. Hey sorry for late reply. I am new to app and figuring it out. The upper left (if I see the same as you) it is single wires on the left side. The right side are multiple wires and it looks like black mastic covering. Hope that makes sense

Also, to answer your question. Good looking out. I didnt notice that until the second time. I will have to look and clean the wires.
