We got a steering wheel for my son's 75 GMC. Link here, https://www.lmctruck.com/steering/s...ood-and-leather-grained-vinyl-steering-wheels, it's the one on the far right. The kit LMC sent us didn't come with any directions, and the links on the card in the box weren't helpful, since none of the videos I could find had parts that looked like the parts in the install kit LMC sent us. We got it installed, but it looks to me as though the all the pressure is going to be on those three tiny little machine screws, which can't be right. Anyone installed one of these, where you could clarify how this goes together? I can take it back apart and take a few pictures, if need be.
While I'm at it, his speedometer quit working, and we discovered that the spline that goes into the transmission broke in half, so part of it is stuck in there. Anybody got any great ideas about how to get the broken-off part out of the transmission?
