Hi everybody, i am new to posting on the site but i have been lurking for a while reading and such. I just bought a 88 crew cab 2wd srw with a flat bed, 454 th400 14b FF. i also have a 76 k5 i have yet to start working on. Ill be starting a build thread for both here in a couple weeks. Both rigs will have lots of modificatons.

No Old77 im not holding out that will be getting its own build thread in the next couple months after I get my crew cab in good running order. Its a 76 K5 green and white. right now it has a 305 with a bad 700r-4 trans. it will be getting a 454 from a motor home and a 5 speed nv4500 a 4 inch lift and 33s once i start working on it. The crew cab is getting the flat bed switched this weekend to a regular long box that is red unfortunately. Also the crew cab will be getting converted to a 4x4 and also a nv4500 5 speed swap and it already has a 454.

I have been trying to fiugre out why it has been running like pooh since i bought it. Well today i figured that out, my 454 has a tbi from a 350 so it is not getting enough fuel. so this weekend it is getting the spare 750 edelbrock, hei distributor and mallory 110 fuel pump i have to get it running well untill i get and rebuild the right size tbi for it.
