Did you ever get the diagram? I am looking for the exact same thing! Same truck and motor!

Here is mine from an '81 250 with 4 speed transmission:

Probably very similar to an '84, seems to have every type of emission controls of that era. Mine is much simpler now but cracked rubber hoses were the primary problems before. The 3 letter code in the upper left corner (ACR) denotes a specific diagram and system, there are probably an awful lot of them.

Awesome thank you! When I popped the hood of mine it looks like a 80 legged octopus, and it throws my ocd brain way off! What did you do to make it simpler?

I admit it was daunting when I first got into it on my 81. But, once you get in there, and see the routing, and how each item plays with the other items, you understand why it is like that and it'll be easier on your brain. Yes, the spaghetti bowl of hoses is off putting, but they have a purpose. I actually simplified mine, and it ran okay like that. I left everything in place, just capped off with golf tees, so it was just vacuum advance and the lines from the canister. I had to re-hook it all up for emissions testing, and when I did, that's when I replaced it all, and when I hooked it back up according to the label, it ran better than my simplified setup, and I now run it as the factory set it up, and there is no issues.

If you go to the Library, just know the links on the first page that show the different applications, the links don't work, you get error message, so just got to the different thread pages until you find the corresponding post number shown in the respective link(s)
