I admit it was daunting when I first got into it on my 81. But, once you get in there, and see the routing, and how each item plays with the other items, you understand why it is like that and it'll be easier on your brain. Yes, the spaghetti bowl of hoses is off putting, but they have a purpose. I actually simplified mine, and it ran okay like that. I left everything in place, just capped off with golf tees, so it was just vacuum advance and the lines from the canister. I had to re-hook it all up for emissions testing, and when I did, that's when I replaced it all, and when I hooked it back up according to the label, it ran better than my simplified setup, and I now run it as the factory set it up, and there is no issues.Awesome thank you! When I popped the hood of mine it looks like a 80 legged octopus, and it throws my ocd brain way off! What did you do to make it simpler?
