83 C10 in the Black Hills of South Dakota

I picked up my little 83 C10 a while back with a 250 inline and a SM 465 4 speed. Last month I pulled out the 6 and slid back in a 4 bolt main 350. Kinda woke the little truck up !

Here's what I like best about my Square Body Truck. No air bags, steel headliner, vent windows, hand crank windows, cool air cable pull vents 12 inch clutch, sm465 granny gear tranny, V/8 swap was a bolt in swap,same bell housing bolt pattern. Also love the mechanical bell crank clutch linkage instead of hydrolic found on all the newer stuff. I love the mechanical fuel pump $25.00 to replace compaired to $300.00 for electric in tank pump. I guess you can tell I like Old School stuff !
