Put 99 tahoe 5.7l vortec in my 84 chevy c10 it starts and idels fantastic then it gets a little warm and give it gas stalls out starts right back up

I have an 84 chevy c10 put a 99 tahoe 5.7l vortec spider injection, also brand new spider injection, brand new inline fuel pump, has 58psi so the problem starts right up idles fantastic warms up just a little and you press the gas chokes out and dies, starts right back up and idles great but until I let it sit a while can't press the gas dies out and the air cleaner starts suck air hard any ideas

Iac valve is likely stuck and the truck is compensating for it but won't learn that issue to correct itself after hitting throttle. I'd start with that

Throttle position sensor and idle air control valve often go out around the same time on these. That's what happened on both of mine.
