Hey guys, I'm new here. I have a 82 GMC Sierra 1500 I'm working on. I'm looking to lower it 4/5.

I know I'm going to need to know whether I have a 1" or 1.25" brake rotor. Does anyone know what size is on the 82's or did they use both?

Thanks guys.

They could have either, your going to have to measure the thickness.

They used both in 1982.

Just did mine on my 84. Turn the steering wheel hard right and you can measure the rotor on the drivers side with out pulling a wheel.
