The new pump and ITC mounts played nice and went right in this morning. Alignment was good. Now all I need now is to size the v belt. I’ll snag an under hood picture next time I’m out there.

Any progress on this?

The bracket still attached to your pump cannot be used. The Skip White brackets you posted look like they would work, you just have to move the stud that's in the pump. Just trade places with the bolt and the stud.

For ease of assembly, the hole would need slotted on the lower brackets. That way the pump can drop into place with the bolt already installed behind the pulley, then just tighten up the bolt and stud/nut once the belt tension is set. This is how the factory lower bracket is set up, but it's all one piece instead of two plates and some spacers.

Repro brackets meant for an early 70's Chevelle should work fine too.

Here's the factory mounts on my 70 Chevelle BB

3 mounting points, 1 water pump, 2 Exhaust manifold, 3 the head or the block.

They look to be the same brackets as what was used on the squarebody trucks too.
