I don't know how much more, but the 6.2 is heavier. I'd guess 100 lbs more at the most.

Complete I have read that the 6.2 is around 750lbs and a 454 is around 685lbs depending on what you have on them , I do know that with aluminum , head's , water pump , intake manifold and a mini starter and header's the 454 can get down close to a stock small block wieght.

I've heard that that the diesal motors have alot more metal in the webbing around the crank and cam bearing areas. Also, the 6.2 block dimensions are bigger too aren't they??

The nominal weight of a 6.2 (J) is 700# +/-.

The nominal weight of the "W" block had a dry weight of 685#
They converted to Aluminum Heads (L71 - 427 // same Block, different bore) reduced this by 75lbs. Eventually, they brought it down to (in the ZL1 block // 427 / same core) to 575#. However, this was an all aluminum cast block and heads.
Current crate motors run in the 800# range (for 454s). Though the shipping weight is part of this, it is offset (only in part) by not (typically) including the Intake Manifold, Water Pump or Harmonic Balancer.
