Anyone who has legible visor labels with the 4x4 Shift and Transfer Case Instructions, please post a good legible picture along with your Transmission and Transfer Case model combinations. (Example, Th350/NP203, SM465/NP205, 700r4/NP241C etc)

Good thinking. Here's mine. Also, I'm not an expert on t-cases, but would this be the same or similar for NP205's and NP231's since they're also part-time and have shift on the fly capability?

Can anyone post a good quality pic of a 203 instruction sticker? I want to download it and have a new one printed.
Thanks, Greg

Ooh, I better get the measurements on mine. I'll just add it to the original post.

A Mod or myself will probably have to add that to your original pic post. Just post the measurements here and one of us will take care of it, then delete your measurement post.

@AuroraGirl No, I’m looking for the How to engage the 4 wheel-drive sticker. When you’re able to switch from 2H to 4H and how to switch into 4L. Someone on here has to still have it on their visor.

Until you get a copy of the sticker... it's very much the same as for the automatic hubs, other than you can omit the don't exceed 25mph when shifting from 2H to 4H; you can shift back and forth at any speed (as long as you're driving in a straight line) once your manual hubs are locked in. Shift in and out of 4L only from a complete stop. And of course the part about reversing to unlock them can be omitted.

Now that I'm thinking about it, did they ever use a NP208 with manual hubs from the factory?

@Ellie Niner Thanks for the info. Honestly I have no idea about the manual locking hubs being oem or not. My k10 has these and I just assumed they were from the factory.

not the best pic but its jsut a thought. thats a dana 44 from 78 which If Im to believe the 79 Ordering guide means that The 1/2ton d44 and 10 bolts were semi float and the 3/4ton front axles were full float. if this kept up through the 80s, the 10 bolts in the front of half tons would be semi and the 10 bolts on the 3/4tons would be fullfloat and maybe the auto locking hubs which I have no knowledge of work only on one or the other or isnt up to GMs idea for strength in its application so its limited to the half ton, or something. Just floating(ha) ideas.

My k10 there is definitely a 90s child for the parts on it because it hasnt been tagged since 2000 and the hubs were Not locking from factory with a NP203 they were just full time. so the warn obviously is aftermarket and it would be likely the same design for many years so its appears to be aftermarket unless GM Used warn for 10bolts(Yours?) or dana-spicer hubs on a d60(?) look like warn lol
