1989-91 park lamp units

I did the 89-91 suburban radiator suport and headlights on my 83. Im looking for some clear or factory if I have to park light units that fit under the small duel headlights. I dont know the model of the suburban, but the park lights are the ones with the four tabs. Anybody know where to get these?

I have a pair that are new, but slightly damaged. I think the damage should be hidden by the grille... should have a pic of them somewhere.
