My truck did not have a headliner from the factory, but my parts truck did, they have same color interior , and all the plastic trim is perfect. I do need to replace the headliner. So I'm getting ready to order the headliner. In the parts catalog, it has two options, one is for factory headliners, and other is for a non factory installed headliner, but they are the same price! what one should I order? I have all the trim from my parts truck. What is difference?

Just go get fabric from the fabric store!
Use a brush to dust off the old powdery foam and use some headliner spray. It’ll work great.

AFAIK if you're using the factory trim to install the headliner you need the factory equivalent. I believe the non-factory one has different means of support.

Yes, Blue Ox is correct. Use factory style headliner with the trim pieces
