1984 C10 Engine bay A/C wiring. Help needed.

Doing an LS swap and I'm trying to reattach the A/C wires inthe engine bay. I cant figure out what pic1 and pic2 plug into. FYI, the picture you can see me holding isn't attached to anything currently. they are about 8 inches long and have been clipped.

That wire hooks up next to where the distributor was and connects to a harness that runs to the AC compressor and one lead runs to the throttle bump up on the carb.

so, since I've done an LS swap, do you think those two connectors are now obsolete? Or do you think i'll still need them for the AC to run correctly?

The one going to the carb you wont need the other one you will it powers the clutch on the compressor and it has a ground wire that grounds to the engine.

Here you can see it attached to the compressor and the ground is going over and grounding on alt. bracket.

I’m not sure what the clipped off plug is. I have a couple of wires that color going down towards the transmission.

Got it! the connector that has the bat wings I'll put in the pile of stuff i won't use. the other connector is the connector that engages the compressor. I'll have to splice the wires and lengthen them to get that connector to the compressor. also, the odds of that 1984 connector actually being able to clip into the wiring on the new AC compressor is about zero percent. so I'm going to also need to find the pigtail of that newer compressor and and get that connected to the lengthened wires, right? Yes, I'm typing as i am thinking this through. Thank you so much for your help!
