Can I remove my charcoal canister and what do the lines lead to?

all the smog and egr and whate1973ver emissions there where are taken off

would it hurt anything or can I just remove it

Yes, you can remove it, but it's a passive system and doesn't hurt performance. All it does is collect fumes from the fuel tank and return them to the intake. If it's hooked up properly and you're not going for the show truck look under the hood just leave it. Consider it your little part of saving the world.

none
put a filter on a section of 3/8 fuel line and hook it up to the metal line that goes to it. That way nothing can get in it and plug it.
