Hi all I just installed some new valve springs and I can’t seem to get the rocker arms to stop ticking.
The specs on the engine are: 4 bolt main 350 bored .060 over with flat top pistons. It has the newer vortec heads on it and the cam has .450” intake and exhaust and 218 duration at 050. I was running the stock springs and decided to change them out for some new ones.
Before I installed the new springs it didn’t make any rocker noise at all.
This ticking noise is driving me nuts. I’ve tried to adjust the valve a bunch of times with no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
