How'd ya get all the empty space on the bench?? Surely you didn't throw anything away???

Some stuff got pitched actually. The rest of it simply finally found a home elsewhere with other similar items. A lot of it was just stuff that got set there when I was moving everything in.

Well would you look at that. Several weeks back, I suddenly gained full 5G cell service all around my yard and in the outbuildings too, where I previously had zero service (seriously... "emergency calls only" is what my phone would say). I finally remembered that the TV in my shop is a "smart" TV and I gave it a whirl. Sure enough, I can watch internet shows in the shop now.

Now I just need to park the camper closer to the shop, so I have a fridge and microwave nearby, and can take AC breaks, lol.

Lol, those are the numbers from our old house. When we moved here, I put new numbers on my address marker and for whatever reason, I put the old ones up there.

But to be fair, it's where I've been working all day. Been building fenceline sprayer attachments for some small equipment. The red one is the proven prototype, gotta build three more for now.

The secondary adjustable boom attachment is for spraying over top of silt fence.

Coming soon. Just signed the contract on a 40'x60'x16' pole built shop. It will have apartment/office space. Contractor will build the shell and slab. He will install the PEX under the living space for floor heat, as well as rough plumbing and uni-pour the apartment footing with the slab.

I will wire it and top out the plumbing. Frame and finish the apartment. I will install the radiant heat plenum and boiler.

Trusses are engineered to hang a rolling I-beam hoist in addition to the snow load.

Finished area will included my 4 post lift in the mechanic's area. Other areas will include woodworking, metalworking, armoring, handloading, etc.

Pics to follow.

The finish on the concrete, from my phone screen, makes the shop look carpeted...lol... Seeing that insulation, I bet it's a great working environment

Gots a couple pics to share of the not yet complete shop.
Saw my post in here from last November and realized my dumb ass procrastinated almost 6 months….
Anyway, floor early next month. Starting on wiring over Labor Day and garage doors are probably October (6 -8 week lead time…is dumb)

Now that the GMC is apart, it takes up the whole garage but that is ok. Someday it will be back in once piece and I will have a couple of spots again.

@gilby959798 nice shop! If it doesn’t feel like a submarine, there’s still room to occupy with stuff ;)

New age cabinets?

Yeah, I do have an old Autolite cabinet in there that was in Grandpa's shop but I couldn't take all of the cabinets my dad has
