I am considering replacing my non folding stock bench with either another bench or buckets and buddy seat. They sure are expensive. Please share your experiences of quality price etc.

I have the TMI sport buckets, console, door panels, and dash. They are nice however due to the space in the cab and the bracket they don't slide forward as much as I'd like if the bracket sat say 1-2 inches farther forward because they will slide back with the seat back completely vertical, even just one notch forward and one click recline they would be perfect. Then again, I'm on the shorter side with a 28" inseam any one with longer legs probably would be happier with them. They are very comfortable and the bolstering on the sport versions keep me from sliding around which was a problem I had with the bench seat.

Also, I think the LMC version is just the basic TMI seats without the logo.

I'll tell you what I'm doing. I found a pair of era correct ish buckets and I'm going to use the frame from slosh tubs.

I'm not a fabricator so this is the best bang for the buck i can do.

I still like the 1988-94 GM full-size bench seats, but they are getting harder to find each day, and BIG $$ to get recovered.

I always found the Silverado trimmed ones to be especially nice. Same with the '89-'91 Suburban Silverado bench.

This is what I have in my truck, works fantastic. Gave me a spot to mount the console too. I used his sliders on my '04 Subaru WRX seats. I did re-drill the holes on the front brackets to get it down a bit more and drilled new holes for the seats cuz my spacing was different than what he already has drilled. But it's a nice piece

You pulled the headrests?!? Good man, I even dumpster dropped the headrests from my old Procar touring buckets… Seat back has to stay below the rear glass…

I always like the look of a Snowden seat with the bolsters, plaid material and distressed vinyl. The vermillion in the one plaid they offer pulls from the 2 tone stripe kit on mid year squares. Not inexpensive optioned the way I like but nails the look I want.

Oh absolutely. I hate seeing seats through the back glass. Not to mention, the headrests leaned forward a bit and were uncomfortable

I'm using 03-07 Silverado 40/20/40 split bench seat set. I found a set of full power seats in Gray leather for $60 locally.

Similar to these but in better condition and gray. The center console is hard mounted, non adjustable, and the cup holders just clear the NP205 shifter.

I wanted the gray leather because my interior is the gray/white mystic interior.
