What’s #15 mean?
It means toss that book and get another one of better quality. A shoe is for drum brakes, disc's require brake pads. If the manual can't get that simple detail correct (difference between brake shoes and brake pads), who knows how much other stuff is wrong...? Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk -

Any original squares out there?

Got my newest addition running smoothly (finally). Had replaced plugs, wires, all filters, rotor, etc... still couldn't get it to stop backfiring through the intake under load. Today I finally had time to straighten out the vacuum mess, check the mechanical advance, the vacuum advance and... -

Yes, but took a bath big time on the replacement cab I scored for a great deal. $100 for a rust free cab with a small dent in the roof. I am not a paint and body guy so I took it to a local body shop. I had had it media blasted so they had bare metal to start with and we are at over 80 hrs...- Tom31w

Anyone have a line on GMC grilles?

Finally got the dash out of the donor C30 to put in the new cab of the K20. May take one of the fuel tanks from it. It was a rollover so cab, bed and fenders are no good. Trying to decide what to do with the rest of the donor. For now, its sitting outside bit, damn I hate to just toss a running...- Tom31w

Pics of the '77 K20. got the trans and transfer case out for put in the new clutch. Time to pressure wash it (that should reduce the weight) and reinstall in the next few days. Also pictured are the rust free cab for a future swap. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk- Tom31w
