Mine would buck and sometimes stall when creaping along off road partial throttle.disconnexted the vac line and plugged it no issues since. That was 4 years ago....

Hmmm i know people using the 85 era master with the late model nv4500 slave with no issues so it should not be the master to slave ratio. But i dont know what else might be wrong.

Id try the line for a late model chev 2500 pickup. Maybe something like this
Try searching the clutch line for a 1997 silverado k2500 just a guess but that looks like your master and the other end should fit the quick connector on a late model slave cylinder...
The fitting threaded on both ends goes into the line hole on the master then attaches to the hose listed then the other fitting goes on the other end of the hose and will attach to the quick disconnext on the internal slave cylinder.

Here is with a pry dar on the ring gear instead of rag and my hand also my marking compound may have been a little drier than yesterday

I ran that pattern with my hand and a rag on the ring gear but will run it again with a pry bar and more preasure and report back.

Just did my first re gear 14bolt ff rear 7.5 thousanths back lash pinnion bearing preload 30in lbs. Please give opinions of my contact pattern. Whould you run it? Will it be strong and last? If not how would you adjust? Thanks mike
