Found this pump. Anyone know what its for or from? Coul it be for a small block?

This bracket is on the end of the frame on the passenger side.. any ideas what it does? Exhaust hanger?

Is that a track bar? Is it hooked to the rear end?

Looks like it needs a remote reservoir. My m1008 with dual alternators had a pump like that and remote tank.

Runs from the rear axle back to the frame. Suspension part.

Not a track bar. It comes off the side of the frame right? It looks like the exhaust hanger to me. They're really good at ripping open pants/skin when you're working on your truck without the bed on and walk by the frame. Ask me how I know...

Yes thats the very rear of the C channel on a long bed, 1/2 ton, 4x4. 78. I kinda thought hanger.. but it seems so sophisticated and complex to do that. ANy pics of how it hangs an exhaust exactly?
