NP205. Replacing the shift rail seals. Got the one shift rail closest to the transmission out, replaced seal, installed back in, put the roll pin back in and good to go. Now as far as the other rail, I can’t get it out!! I’ve removed the roll pin and have been pulling the crap out of it. Also I’ve had the other rail in all different positions as I pull on this one. Am I missing something???
In the picture, the one I can’t get out has the screwdriver in it. Please help!!

Hi Kit. Did you ever complete this? I'm asking because I'm about to do the same thing to mine, in order to install twin stick shifters. That requires modified shift rails. I don't have any advice to give you yet, but I can say there is an excellent video by the twin stick manufacturer that illustrates how to get the rails out. I hope it helps.

I changed my shift rail seals without removing the rails. I just made sure there were no sharp edges to damage the new seals by applying some thin tape and making sure everything was lubed up.
