And btw, this is my first time trying my new HF Earthquake stubby impact.
I have to say......it kicks some ass.
I don't think there's anything on this truck it won't spin off in a hurry.

I didn't, either. I stopped at a HF store for something and saw it there. The dick wouldnt give me 20% off, so I ordered it online, along with a bunch of other **** I probably don't need.
But I'm not even running air to it right to max it out and it still seems to work well.
$90.
My other one is a full size husky I bought at one of those ****** up tool sales for like $30. I've abused it pretty bad, but it still takes lugs off.
This one is definitely better, though.

Same, the one they'v been selling is enormous, that's why I just stick with my old IR 235.
There's an astro brand stubby that's super small and supposedly kicks ass for like $100.
I wanted it like 20mins after buying this one, but this seems to work good and it's pretty tiny.

Man, I saw that the other day. I stopped at lowes for some longer bolts for a new voltage regulator on my bike and there was craftsman **** everywhere. It freaked me out.
But yeah, I have a **** ton of ryobi stuff and I'm waiting for the recon 1/2" impact to come back in stock. We have one at work that won't quit.

There's some really decent kobalt stuff. I have some.
Craftsman has pretty much turned me off. Right around the time their ratchets went to complete ****.
I'm using almost all tekton stuff now. Their wrenches are pretty damn nice for cheap. Same with socket sets.

I have a trusty old 235 as well, I really haven't used it in years. About 10 years ago, I bought the most powerful 1/2" gun Snap-On offered and it's about the same size as the 235, just more balls. More recently I picked up a 20v DeWalt XR impact and it rivals the Snap-On in size and power, just more handy in places other than the garage.

And I just noticed that the dipshit PO of my truck painted AROUND the plow mount. [emoji23]

Honestly, though, I think it saved the body somewhat.
For some reason he didn't want people knowing he had a fleet truck from work and hit it with single stage like 20yrs ago.
The overspray helped in some places, too. Haha....

Never heard of tekton.... im using mostly second hand tools. Grabbed from yard sales and the scrap pile at work. I scored a nice 1/2" torque wrench some jackass scrapped.

If you have a Meijer around, they sell Tekton now. It's a nice product for the money, usually.
